This DTTTEK food temperature probe is designed with a food grade stainless steel probe. The reliable sensing chip provides accurate temperature readings of meat and food. The sharp tip can be easily inserted into meat while it is still uncooked, allowing the user to ensure that the food is at the desired temperature. The Food Temperature Probe features a stainless steel encased cable that can withstand temperatures up to 380 degrees Celsius, and the probe itself can measure temperatures from -50 to +500 degrees Celsius and can be used on the grill, in the oven, or in the smoker.<\/p>\n
